We use premium detergents like Tide and Downy, and our all-inclusive pricing covers pickup, delivery, and personalized preferences with no hidden fees or upcharges ever.
- Do I have to be home for pickup and delivery?
Simply put you dirty laundry in a bag! If you have a laundry bag than use that. If not, any plastic bag will do. Once you become a recurring weekly customer we will supply you with free laundry bags to use for each service.
- What detergents does Long Island Laundry Company use?
We use premium name-brand detergents including Tide, Downy Fabric Softener, Bounce Dryer Sheets, and Clorox Bleach for whites. We also offer fragrance-free sensitive skin detergent (All Free & Clear) and eco-friendly options upon request. You can fully customize detergent preferences at no extra charge when placing your order.
- Can I customize how my laundry is done?
Absolutely! You can request custom wash/dry temperatures, choose your detergent, specify folding preferences, or have items hung instead of folded. Just add your preferences when placing your order online. We follow every instruction exactly as requested, and best of all, customization costs nothing extra with our all-inclusive pricing.

Next-day delivery (24 hours) is available for most service areas near our Glen Cove facility. Areas farther away receive 48-hour delivery.
