Choose your pickup day, leave your laundry bag outside your door, and we handle everything from there, washing, drying, and folding at our Glen Cove facility. Nassau County and Western Suffolk customers receive their order back the next day. You'll get a text when we pick up and again when we deliver.

Our residential laundry service is $1.95 per pound, all-inclusive. There are no delivery fees, no fuel surcharges, and no hidden service charges. The minimum order is $35. What your laundry weighs is what you pay. We don't believe in "extra service charges", just clean laundry and simple pricing. - Do I have to be home for laundry pickup or delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Most of our clients leave their laundry on a porch, by their back door, or with a doorman. Simply place your clothes in any disposable bag for the first pickup; once you become a recurring weekly customer, we provide free heavy-duty laundry bags. Just specify where you will be leaving your bag in when requesting a pickup, and we’ll send a text notification the moment your driver arrives to pickup and departs after delivery.
- What is your turnaround time for laundry delivery?
We offer Next-Day Delivery (24 hours) for all of our primary service areas near Glen Cove and Northern Nassau. For some parts of Suffolk County or Southern Nassau, we provide 48-hour delivery. You will see an exact delivery window the moment you log in to our booking system.
- What detergents and products do you use?
Our standard wash process includes premium name brands, Tide, Downy, Bounce and Clorox or we can uset Oxi-Clean upon request with your order. If you have sensitive skin or prefer fragrance-free options, we also offer Seventh Generation and All Free & Clear at no extra charge. You can specify your preference when you schedule, we follow it on every order.

Never. Every order at Long Island Laundry Company runs through its own dedicated machines. Your clothes are never combined with another customer's, not in the wash, not in the dryer. This is a strict policy we've followed since we opened in 2005.

It couldn't be easier. Simply place your dirty laundry in any bag, a trash bag( with a note "for Long Island Laundry" attached to it, a hamper, or your own laundry bag. Once you become a recurring weekly customer, Long Island Laundry Company will provide you with free heavy-duty branded laundry bags to use for all future services.
- What happens if my clothes get lost or damaged?
This is rare because we use a strict "one-customer, one-machine" policy. Your clothes are never mixed with anyone else's. We also use a tracking system from the moment your bag is picked up. In the unlikely event of an issue, we have a clear and fair reimbursement policy to ensure you are never left hanging
