1-    Put your dirty dry cleaning items in a bag to get it ready for us to pick-up. We will give you a free garment bag once you become our customer. 
 
2-    You and I will pick out a pick-up and delivery spot (mostly all of our customers leave it at their front door) so you don't have to be home when we come. If you prefer to be home we can arrange a time to be there, just let me know.
 
3-    If you need your dry cleaning or laundry back sooner than our 48 hrs. turn around time just give me a call and we'll get it back to you quicker at no extra charge.  Any other special instructions regarding stains or repairs should be noted and left in the bag.
 
4-    On your designated delivery day we will return your fresh garments to the designated delivery spot or when you are home if you prefer to be there.

5- For your convenience we accept credit cards or payment can be made by check or cash.
